Is it free to be listed in the directory?

Yes. Creating a company profile and being listed in the directory is free.

How are companies verified?

Every application is reviewed before it goes live. Companies with a "Verified" badge have had their contact details and documents checked by Tekstil Rehberi; the profile shows the level of verification.

Does Tekstil Rehberi act as an agent between buyers and companies?

No. Buyers contact companies directly or request quotes. Quote requests are confirmed by e-mail and screened for spam, and our team reviews a new buyer's first request; the request then goes to the chosen company or to matching companies. Price, contract and payment are agreed between the buyer and the company; Tekstil Rehberi takes no commission.

How do I update my profile?

Sign in to the company panel with the "Company login" link at the top of the page and update your profile there. If the profile is not linked to your account yet, claim it for free in the "Is this your company?" box on the profile page. If you spot incorrect information, write to us with the "Report incorrect information" link on the profile.
