Every profile in the directory is reviewed by our team before it goes live, so that buyers meet real companies they can actually reach.

  • Its phone number, e-mail address and website belong to the company and work
  • The chosen fields of activity match what the company actually does
  • The texts describe the company, without advertising slogans, keyword stuffing or text copied from other websites
  • The logo and photos belong to the company

Verification levels

Published profiles can be verified free of charge. A profile shows the highest level it has reached.

Contact verified
A company e-mail address, a link sent to the e-mail address on the profile, or a phone check by our team.
Documents verified
The tax certificate and trade registry document are reviewed and compared with the profile.

The premises or production site are visited on behalf of Tekstil Rehberi.

Already listed?

If your company is already listed, claim the profile instead of signing it up again

Use the "Is this your company?" link on your profile page. Your claim starts as soon as you are logged in.

Find your company in the directory
  • If the domain of your company e-mail address matches the company website (free e-mail services excluded), the claim is approved at once.
  • If you confirm the link we send to the e-mail address published on the profile, the claim is also completed at once.
  • Otherwise our team approves the claim manually with a document such as the tax certificate.

Frequently asked questions for companies

Does it cost anything to be listed?

No. Opening an account, creating a profile, receiving inquiries, seeing statistics and verification are free. Optional Pro and Premium plans offer higher limits, detailed statistics and featured placements, with prices on the pricing page. No plan gives priority on sourcing requests, and verification badges cannot be bought.

When does my profile go live?

When you complete the wizard and submit your profile for review, our team reviews it. We send you the result by e-mail and as a panel notification and tell you exactly what is needed if information is missing.

Will my profile show up on Google?

Every published profile is listed right away on the directory's category and city pages. To be opened to search engines, your profile needs a completeness score of at least 50. A logo, a description of at least 600 characters and capacity, minimum order and lead time details are the quickest way there; the panel lists what is missing.

Is an English profile required?

No. If you add an English short description and description, your profile is also published in the English directory, where buyers abroad can find you. Without them, only your Turkish profile is published.

Can I change my details later?

Yes, at any time in the panel. Descriptions, photos, production details and certificates are updated immediately. The company name, legal name, tax number, primary field of activity, city and district and contact details change after our team approves them, to prevent abuse.

My company is already listed. What should I do?

Do not sign it up again. Use the "Is this your company?" link on your profile page to claim it. If a similar company is found while you sign up, the wizard also points you to the claim.

How do quote requests reach me?

The buyer confirms the request by e-mail; it is screened for spam and abuse, and our team reviews a new buyer's first request. A request sent from your profile goes only to you; open requests that match your field are sent to the best-matching companies and also appear in the "Open requests" section of your panel. Requests are listed in your panel and you are notified by e-mail. You see the buyer's contact details only if the buyer chose to share them; otherwise you correspond through the panel. The phone, WhatsApp, e-mail and website buttons connect buyers directly with you.

Can I remove my profile from the directory?

Yes. You can remove your company from the directory in the panel; your profile goes offline at once and your records are then deleted permanently.
