Industrial Sewing Machine Suppliers in Turkey

Industrial sewing machine suppliers are the manufacturers, agents and dealers that sell industrial-type sewing machines to garment workshops and factories: lockstitch (straight stitch), chain stitch, overlock, coverstitch, buttonhole, button-sewing and bartack machines, and programmable automatic machines belong to this category. Describe the machine by the operation

Saying only "overlock" or "coverstitch" is not enough. Hemming a T-shirt and joining heavy fabric with a lapped seam call for different machines. In your inquiry, state:

• The operation and the product (for example a T-shirt bottom hem, a jeans side seam)
• Stitch type number, number of needles and number of threads
• Fabric type and weight
• Bed type (flat, cylinder) and feed system

Ask a sewing machine seller about the needle system, motor and service

• Is the machine new or used? What are the exact model name and specification?
• Which needle size and needle system suit your fabric? This also decides whether consumable parts will be easy to find.
• Is the motor servo or clutch? Are options such as a thread trimmer and automatic presser foot lift included in the price?
• How soon do consumables such as needles, loopers and presser feet arrive? If the seller's stock is thin, add textile machinery spare parts suppliers to your list.
• Who installs the machine, sets it up and trains the operators? What are the warranty terms and service access? Textile machinery repair companies are listed too; if the machine will be installed outside Turkey, ask who provides service there.

Needle count, motor and automation set the price of a sewing machine

Stitch type and number of needles, level of automation (thread trimming, programming), motor type, bed and attachments, brand, and whether the machine is new or used. Ask for a quote that lists the machine head, attachments, motor and installation separately, not just the price of the body. Check the currency and the Incoterms rule the quote is based on. If your budget is limited, also collect quotes from used textile machinery dealers.

Where are Turkish sewing machine makers located?

Of the 71 firms with a valid TOBB capacity report for industrial sewing machines (product code 28.94.24), 28 are in Istanbul (October 2026). TOBB stands for the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey. The code excludes only book-sewing machines, so the count may include makers of industrial sewing machines for non-apparel uses. The count covers domestic manufacturers, not dealers of imported brands. For dealer and service support, give priority to companies in the province where the machine will be installed.

Equipping a sewing line

How many machines a line needs depends on the style's operation list and the time each operation takes; split the product into operations first. Building the line from a few brands can reduce the number of contacts for parts and service, but even different machine types from the same brand may use different needle systems, and dependence on a single supplier grows; weigh both before deciding.
