Company verification process

A verification badge shows which of a company's details Tekstil Rehberi has checked. Here we explain the levels, how they are verified and what the badge does not guarantee.

Levels

Three verification levels

The levels are ordered by increasing scope of the checks. A profile shows the highest level the company has reached.

  1. Contact verified

    Contact details

    At least one of the company's contact channels has been verified:

    • a business e-mail address on the same domain as the company's website,
    • a verification link sent to the e-mail address published on the profile, or
    • a call by our team to the phone number listed on the profile.
  2. Documents verified

    Company documents

    The company's official documents have been reviewed and compared with the profile:

    • tax registration certificate,
    • trade registry document,
    • consistency of the legal name and address with the profile.
  3. Verified on site

    On-site visit

    The company's premises or production facility have been visited on behalf of Tekstil Rehberi:

    • the address and the business exist,
    • the production activity stated on the profile was observed,
    • the date of the visit is on record.

What the badge means

What the badge shows, and what it doesn't

It shows

  • That the stated details were checked by Tekstil Rehberi on the date of verification.
  • That there is evidence the profile belongs to a real, reachable company.
  • That verification was free: the badge cannot be bought and is separate from featured profiles.

It does not show

  • Product quality, delivery performance or the company's financial standing.
  • The current validity of certifications listed on the profile; check those with the certification body.
  • That a company without a badge is unreliable: information on such profiles is self-declared.

How to get your company verified

List your company free Log in to the company panel

  1. Have a live profile

    Verification is available for live profiles managed in the company panel. If you are not listed yet, apply for free first; if your company is already listed, claim its profile.

  2. Request it in the panel

    Log in to your company panel and open the "Doğrulama" (Verification) page to upload your tax certificate and trade registry document, or request a check call on the phone number in your profile. Documents are never published.

  3. Check and badge

    Once the check is complete, the badge appears on your profile. If your details change, verification may be renewed or withdrawn.
