This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies are used on tekstilrehberi.com ("Tekstil Rehberi"). General information on how personal data is processed is in the Privacy Notice. This English version is provided for information; the Turkish version prevails.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They can be used to keep a session open, to make forms work securely or to track browsing habits.
2. In short
- Tekstil Rehberi uses only strictly necessary cookies.
- No analytics, advertising, targeting or social media cookies are used; your visits are not tracked or profiled for these purposes.
- Information pages such as the blog, glossary and company directory set no cookies of our own. The site's own cookies are only used on pages with forms (contact, quote requests, content reports, request and message pages) and in the company panel.
- No consent is asked for strictly necessary cookies; without them, forms and the company panel cannot work securely.
3. Cookies we use
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
tekstil-rehberi-session |
Tekstil Rehberi | Recognizes the session; makes forms and the company panel work and keeps sign-in state and security | 120 minutes from your last action |
XSRF-TOKEN |
Tekstil Rehberi | Protects forms against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) | Same as the session (120 minutes) |
remember_web_… |
Tekstil Rehberi | Keeps you signed in to the company panel if you chose "Remember me"; only set when that option is ticked | Up to 400 days or until you sign out |
__cf_bm |
Cloudflare | Tells malicious bot traffic apart (site security) | 30 minutes |
cf_clearance |
Cloudflare | Remembers that you passed a Cloudflare security check; only set when a check was shown | Depends on the Cloudflare setting, usually between 30 minutes and 1 day |
Because the site is delivered through Cloudflare's content delivery and security network, Cloudflare, Inc. may set its cookies for security purposes.
4. Similar technologies
- Cloudflare Turnstile: on forms and the company panel registration, Cloudflare's Turnstile check tells automated (bot) submissions apart. The check processes technical signals about your browser and device in Cloudflare's own frame (iframe); it sets no advertising or tracking cookies on our domain.
- Browser local storage: the company panel keeps your interface preferences (e.g. light/dark theme, menu state) in your browser's local storage (localStorage). This information is not sent to the server and is not used for tracking.
- OpenStreetMap map: the map on company profiles is loaded from OpenStreetMap servers; your IP address and browser details are sent to these servers in the process.
5. Legal basis
Processing through strictly necessary cookies is needed to provide the service you request (submitting a form, the company panel) and to keep the site secure; it relies on Article 5/2 (c) and (f) of the KVKK. If analytics or marketing cookies are ever needed, they will only run with your explicit consent through a separate consent screen, and this policy will be updated beforehand.
6. How to manage cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, forms cannot be sent and you cannot sign in to the company panel; information pages work without cookies. See your browser's help pages for details.
7. Changes
This policy is updated when the cookies used change. The current version and last updated date are shown at the top of this page. For questions, write to [email protected].
