Textile Companies in Duzce, Turkey

Apparel and textiles are among Duzce's leading export sectors. The East Marmara Development Agency's (MARKA) Duzce investment page gives apparel and ready-to-wear exports of US$181.8 million for 2024, based on TİM (Turkish Exporters Assembly) data. In the report of the Duzce Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which rests on member declarations, textiles are the second export sector at US$177.8 million, after automotive.

Product range

The member exporter list in the Duzce Chamber's 2024 export report includes woven apparel (trousers, shorts, skirts, jackets, shirts, blouses, dresses), knitted apparel (T-shirts, sweatshirts, leggings, track pants), pajamas and socks. There are also exporters of nonwoven and coated fabrics. The report groups sectors into eight categories and does not show apparel as a separate group.

The list covers only members that reported figures, and the chamber notes that firms that did not declare are missing from the totals. The two sources also have different export bases (member declarations versus TİM records), so do not compare their sector shares with each other.

Industrial zones

According to MARKA's investment page, the Duzce OSB (organized industrial zone) hosts automotive supplier, metal, machinery and textile companies, and the Gumusova OSB hosts furniture, metal, chemicals, textile and food companies. The page gives no data date for this section, so verify the sector mix and the facility's location company by company.

Latest data

In the Mediterranean Exporters' Associations' (AKİB) July 2024 report, Duzce's January-July 2024 apparel exports were US$118.3 million, up 6% on the same period a year earlier. In AKİB's 2025 annual and January-September 2026 province tables, however, Duzce is not among the top ten provinces; the tenth-placed province, Adana, had US$146.0 million and US$102.5 million respectively. In the monthly table, Duzce was tenth in December 2025 with US$9.5 million, down 25% on December 2024.

Duzce's top export destinations in 2024 (all sectors) were Germany, Bulgaria, Italy, Romania and the Netherlands (Duzce Chamber of Commerce and Industry).
