Article 5. Performance (activation)
- The service is activated on the Buyer's company account within 2 business days at the latest after the payment is found to have reached the Seller's account, and the Buyer is informed by email.
- The service period starts on the date given in the "Period" row of Article 2: on the activation date for new and upgrade orders; at the end of the current term for a renewal of the same package and for a move to a lower package at the end of the term. Even if a renewal order is placed or paid during the grace period after the current term has ended, the new term starts on the end date of the current term.
- The service does not renew automatically at the end of the period. An expired package continues with the same scope for a 7-day grace period after its end date; at the end of the grace period the company account returns to the free plan. A package that ends early because of a cancellation or refund has no grace period.
- No content is deleted when the company moves to the free plan or to a lower package. The newest products and active listings over the new plan's limits are not shown on the site, and stay in the Panel, until the company is within the limits again or buys a paid package again; gallery images over the limit are not shown on the profile; no team member is removed. While over a limit, no new products, listings, gallery images or team invitations can be added.
- The Membership Agreement, the Terms of Use and the Content and Listing Rules apply to the use of the service. Sponsored placements are labeled "Sponsored" on the site. The service does not guarantee priority in request matching, any number of requests or sales, a verification badge or editorial content.
Article 6. Invoice
The invoice is issued after payment is received, based on the billing details in this agreement, and sent electronically. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the billing details.
Article 7. Right of withdrawal
- If the Buyer is a merchant: as the service is bought for the Buyer's commercial or professional activity, Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation do not apply and the Buyer has no right of withdrawal. The Turkish Code of Obligations and the Turkish Commercial Code apply.
- If the Buyer is a consumer: the Buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. Notice of withdrawal is given within this period by email to [email protected] or in writing to the Seller's address. The price paid is then refunded to the account the Buyer paid from within 14 days of the notice reaching the Seller.
- Exception: under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has started with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period ends. If a consumer Buyer expressly approves, when ordering, that the service starts before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal ends when the service is activated. For a consumer Buyer who does not give this approval, the service is activated after the withdrawal period ends.
Article 8. Termination and refunds
- The Buyer may end the service before its period ends; no refund is made for the remaining period, except for the statutory right of withdrawal and cases of the Seller's fault.
- If the Seller ends the service before its period ends without just cause, it refunds the price for the remaining period. No refund is made for terminations caused by the Buyer's serious breach of the Membership Agreement.
- Refunds are made to the bank account the Buyer paid from.
