No. Searching for companies, viewing profiles and requesting quotes are free, and no account is needed.

You confirm your request with the link we e-mail you; it is screened for spam, and our team reviews a new buyer's first request. A request sent from a company profile goes only to that company, or also to matching companies if you tick "Also get quotes from similar companies". An open request is sent to up to 20 matching companies, and companies on the platform can see it, with its description, in the "Open requests" section of their panel; that section never shows your attachments or contact details. Your name, e-mail address and phone number are shown only if you choose to share them on the form, and only to the companies that receive your request or send you a quote; otherwise you correspond through the platform. If you allow it, an open request is listed on the sourcing requests page without its description or any personal details.

Every profile is reviewed before publication, and the verification badge shows which details have been checked. Tekstil Rehberi is not a party to your deal, though: we recommend doing your own checks before samples, contracts and payments.

No. Tekstil Rehberi does not take payments or act as an agent in deals between buyers and companies; you agree prices, lead times, contracts and payment terms directly with the company.

The English directory lists companies that have also prepared their profile in English, so you can write to them in English. For other companies, we suggest asking about their language skills directly.

Open a free account from the "List your company" page and add your company with the wizard. Our team reviews your profile; if it is in order it is published, and if anything is missing we tell you what is needed by e-mail.

No. Being listed, creating a profile, receiving requests and verification are free. Companies that want more products, listings and team members, detailed statistics and featured placements can upgrade to the paid Pro or Premium plan. No plan gives priority on sourcing requests, and verification badges cannot be bought.

Don't open a new account: use the "Is this your company?" link on the profile page to claim it. Once the claim is approved, you can update your details in the company panel. If anything goes wrong, choose the "Company listing" topic on the contact form.

Live profiles can be verified at contact, document and on-site level. On the "Doğrulama" (Verification) page of your company panel you can upload your tax certificate and trade registry document or request a phone check. Verification is free.

Yes. If you manage your profile in the company panel, you can remove it there. Otherwise, choose the "Company listing" topic on the contact form; the profile is taken down once we have confirmed that you represent the company.

Our content is prepared by our editorial team, with each editor covering one area of textiles; figures, dates and regulations are checked against primary sources by our fact-checking editor. Our editorial policy explains how we work and the tools we use.

Choose the "Content error report" topic on the contact form and include the page address, the incorrect information and, if possible, a source for the correct information. Verified corrections are published promptly.

The illustrations on article, glossary and category pages are generated with AI and marked with an "AI image" label on large images. Photos on company profiles are uploaded by the companies themselves.

Only what you enter in our forms (such as name, e-mail, phone and message) and, for security, an irreversible hash of your IP address. The blog, glossary and directory pages set no cookies and do not store your IP address.

Choose the "Personal data request" topic on the contact form, or use the channels listed in the privacy notice. Requests are handled free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
